FN-NANO is an innovative Czech company that supplies the market with environmental nanotechnology for clean and healthy environment. It is a subsidiary of Advanced Materials-JTJ, which since 2003 engages in the development and manufacturing of nanomaterials and their applications.

INTERIOR: The ceiling surface with FN NANO® coating technology cleans the air of harmful substances or odours, as well as viruses and bacteria. In this way, it helps to solve the sick building syndrome and creates a healthier environment. The surface is activated by the UVA component of light, which modern windows filter out. We therefore recommend the use of activation light.

EXTERIOR: FN NANO® functional coatings are one of the pillars of Smart Cities. The self-cleaning effect actively protects facades, roofs or concrete from dirt deterioration and overgrowth of microorganisms. At the same time, it turns every such surface into an air purifier. With the help of this technology, we can improve the world’s air. To give you an idea, 15 m2 compensates the exhaust fumes from the operation of one car.

Our technology is based on the invention to deliver this enhanced strength developed by our parent company Advanced Materials-JTJ Ltd. (AMJTJ) thanks to Ing. Jan Prochazka, Ph.D. and his father Ing. Jan Prochazka.

In 2017 Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic awarded Ing. Jan Prochazka Ph.D. silver commemorative medal for his contribution to Czech and international science in connection with his activities in the field of nanotechnology and, later the same year the president of the Czech Republic awarded him the Medal of Merit of the state of science first degree.
