FN NANO získalo povolení k výrobě pesticidů u Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) pod Establishment Number 98799-NV-1. Technologie FN NANO®  zároveň získala v USA akreditované posouzení od mezinárodní organizace Intertek, že je bezpečná a odpovídá i jednomu z nejpřísnějších světových zákonů na ochranu životního prostředí a lidského zdraví z hlediska nanobezpečnosti – California Proposition 65.  Testování a hodnocení provedla akreditovaná společnost Intertek Group plc. High award from USA for Ing. Jan Procházka

Ing. Jan Prochazka, Ph.D. has received a high award from the US Senator for his innovative work in nanotechnology – specifically for the contribution of his environmental nano coatings that purify the air and help mitigate global warming.
